At ZKS Karate, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review the details below:

Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2 Weeks.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info when your order ships.

Shipping Options & Costs

  • Standard Shipping

  • Free Shipping for orders over £50

​

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Local Pickup (Free)

You can pick up your order from our dojo:

  • Location: CHOOSE YOUR ZKS KARATE CLASS AT CHECKOUT

  • Pickup Hours: AFTER CLASS

  • Wait for a “Ready for Pickup” email before collecting

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Contact us at zoeskarateschool@gmail.com for special requests.

 

Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Here's how refunds and exchanges work:

Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item if:

  • It’s unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

  • You have proof of purchase

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom gear (e.g., personalised items)

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance/sale items (unless damaged)

 

How to Start a Return

Email [Insert email] with:

  • Your name & order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo (if item is damaged or incorrect)

If approved, send the item to: ADDRESS PROVIDED ONCE RETURN AGREED
Customer pays return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Alternatively bring your item back to your next class.

 

Refunds

  • We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected.

  • If approved, your refund will go back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

 

Exchanges

Need a different size or replacement for a damaged item? Email us to arrange an exchange.
